Thank you for visiting my site offering properties for sale in the Northern Neck of Virginia.   The Northern Neck is a peninsula bordered on the north  by the Potomac River, the Chesapeake Bay on the east and the Rappahannock on the south.  There are four counties on the neck, Northumberland, Westmoreland, Richmond and Lancaster.  We have many small towns including the towns of  Montross, Hague, Warsaw, Callao, Heathsville, Burgess, Reedville, Kilmarnock and Irvington.  

I was born and raised in the Northern Neck, have been with Shore Realty for 25+ years and a member of the Northern Neck Assoc. of Realtors, VAR, NAR and  a member of the Northern Neck Multiple Listing Service.  I  have received  awards yearly for outstanding sales achievements from the Northern Neck Assoc. of Realtors.    Having lived here most all of my life,  I am very familiar with the whole Northern Neck area and all of it's waterways.
